Senate Service Awards

The award will be for academic, extracurricular, social, or community service that has benefited students, the class, the school, or the community.  The student's service should be above and beyond what is normally expected of a first-year medical student, and include but are not be limited to:

• Outstanding participation in distributing academic materials (creating study guides for the class, emailing useful resources, etc.)
• Outstanding participation in a teaching role (PBL, clinics, health fairs, etc.)
  
• Outstanding participation in advocating change (research funding,pharmaceutical influence, recycling, etc.)
  
• Outstanding participation in school-promoting events (interviews, hosting, second-look, silent auction / friends of Feinberg, etc.)
  
• Outstanding participation in community improvement (underserved communities not affiliated with the school, etc.)
  

Student Senate members are not eligible for this award.
